On , the Strawbridge Observatory (Haverford College, 370 Lancaster Ave., Haverford PA) will be open to the public for free.
Haverford College will be hosting a free public observing event which will commence with a brief student talk titled, “The Death of a Star and The Birth of a Black Hole” by Lee Rosenthal ’15. There will also be a fun, child appropriate astronomy related craft activity, light refreshments, and (weather permitting) telescope observing at Strawbridge Observatory.
