As we started our search for her new home, most of everything was done through email and phone calls.  Everyday I sent her a list of homes that met her requirements.  We were looking in areas such as Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Radnor, Ardmore and Haverford; all of which are in walking distance to the train for a quick and easy trip into the city.  We spent a week or two creating a list of homes we would visit when she came into town.  When she arrived in Philadelphia we spent a whole day looking at different homes that she had selected based on the MLS reports I had sent her.  We saw about 15 different houses, condominiums, and townhomes throughout the Main Line area. At the end of the day she put in an offer.
