Sellers: Don’t wait until it’s too late to list your home!

Are you interested in selling your home? Are you planning to wait until the spring to list your home?   Waiting until spring may seem like a smart idea, particularly if you’re waiting to see if the economy picks up, but some experts think that waiting until the spring to list the property could be a mistake.

The deadline for the federal tax credit for homebuyers is April 30, 2010.  This incentive is having potential homebuyers looking for real estate now.  So, if you’re interested in listing your home, don’t wait.  The earlier you list your home, the more traffic and potential buyers that will see your property.  Waiting to list your home will only increase the potential for competition.  Don’t wait until its too late! List your home today!
